"CONVERSATIONS WITH BOD™: Discover Spiritual, Archetypal and Symbolic Messages in Hungers, Food Cravings, Body Language and Weight”

An innovative approach in Spiritual Healing and Energy Medicine, this workshop served as the experimental intervention in the research project. Participants were trained in the Power of Intuition for choosing exactly what, when and how much to eat. A new and exciting innovation was introduced to decode the symbolic meaning and purpose of food cravings and body talk —how they reveal spiritual, archetypal, emotional and biochemical needs and how to restore balance.
