I offer a free 10-15 minute consultation for you to see if this approach is a fit for you. Here is how it works:

Send an email and let me know your available times for an appointment, using Pacific Coast Time, USA. Be sure to include your phone number and your time zone. I will reply to your email with a confirmed time. You may call me on my toll free line: 888-243-9582.

COUNSELING / COACHING SESSIONS:

In Person, Online or Telephone:

Initial Session includes a pre-assessment questionnaire and preparation for
90-100 minute consultation.

Follow-up: Subsequent sessions are 60 – 75 minutes.

In person locations are in Petaluma and Santa Rosa.
Single session rate or Special SAVINGS RATE PACKAGE*:
for a 4-session or 8-session series

*Recommended to create lasting changes in the development of new skills
and to reach your goals.

All sessions include individualized educational & training materials, unique to your needs, goals, and interests, sent by email, fax or download from private, client accessed web page. Sessions also include email communications between appointments.
